The wait time for seating was around 20 minutes, and we had to use a ticketing system to get our table. The staff attempted to upsell us on a more expensive meal, which made us feel uncomfortable. However, the food was enjoyable, particularly the soup base and beef dishes. Some dishes were not as flavorful, and the beer had an additional charge of $25. Service was prompt, but the air conditioning was too cold, and staff sprayed disinfectant onto our table on a couple of occasions, which was unpleasant.

The restaurant was quite packed. There were three different sets (which had different choices and ranges of meat to choose from). The food was quite good - you could use the apps to order food. The food would be delivered within several minutes. There were a range of drinks to pick as well.

If you are looking for good bucks for hot pots, especially if you are over 60, this is the place to go. They offered an aggressive senior rate, especially the all you can drink Asahi, for HK$10. Food is good at this price level.

Reasonable price, portion size, and variety of dishes (to be fair this depended on which combo you choose). The staff weren’t the friendliest - it’s understandable for a restaurant bustling with customers on a weekday night, nevertheless customer service is one of the key aspects I look out for when rating restaurants. I’d recommend coming here only if you have run out of alternatives; I’m sure there are better ones nearby

This has quickly become my fav Hotpot place. So many soups to choose from. Double soup pot will cost an extra $50 but it's worth it. We chose the Taiwanese style spicy soup and the nourishing one. It really was amazing. I wanted to drink the whole thing. For ordering you use ur phone to scan the QR code of your table and order away. This restaurant was the fastest serving hotpot place we've been to in HK. As soon as the order is placed, we got everything within minutes and no items were ever forgotten. The meats were great but we loved the wasabi dumplings and the fried fish skins. Lots of fresh leafy greens to choose from and a large range of drinks too. Price wise was a really good value compared to other Places. After 9:30pm, it's only $138 +10% per person!!! They allow reservations but needs to be 1 day ahead. Overall, I can't wait to be back!

We booked a table for 6 at 7:30pm, arrived 5 minutes earlier but we were told to wait at a very crowded area. It turned out we entered the restaurant at 8:00pm, without any apologies. Poor arrangement. Normal food, nothing special.

The restaurant is located at the second floor of the building. The reception girl honestly only welcome group visiting. If you come to eat alone, they will charge you extra 50 HKD plus service fee. The seating area is just under the air conditioning. I won't recommend one person to come here.
